Tax Deductible Donation

All donations are used to support the Institute's medical research programs and in particular to assist with the purchase of equipment and laboratory supplies.

You can make a donation by either:

A Bequest

You may wish to plan your gift as a bequest that will be paid to the Women's & Children's Health Research Institute when you die. Bequests are gifts made through your will.

The bequest may be worded to suit your wishes. We recommend that you seek advice from a solicitor to ensure that your bequest is clearly legally stated.

Sample wording:

"I bequeath to the Women's & Children's Health Research Institute the sum of $_________ to be used for the purposes of the Institute"

In Memoriam

You may like to consider donations in lieu of flowers to honour a loved one who you know valued the prospect of a brighter future for children.

You will be acknowledged with a personalised thankyou card and a tax deductible receipt.

Equipment Sponsorship

To produce the best results the Institute's researchers require access to state-of-the-art equipment.

This can range from $5,000 to up to $500,000 depending on the nature of the instrument. You may be able to support the Institute
by sponsoring the purchase of some equipment as individual supporter or as a joint supporter.

Specific Purpose Donations

We will be pleased to honour a request that your donation be applied to a particular area of research, a specialist piece of equipment, or used for a purpose which is consistent with our objectives as a research and teaching institute.
